How accurate are your estimates?

Our estimates are highly detailed and accurate. Our professional estimators have years of experience in the construction industry. Our material takeoffs & estimates are designed as guidelines for you to finalize pricing and you’ll be able to make your final adjustments in the Excel Spreadsheet. It will hardly take you 15-20 minutes to review our estimates before finalizing them for bid.

How much does it cost?

We specialize in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Public projects. Our services are for busy General Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, Architects, Owners, and anyone linked to the construction industry
What is your hourly rate?
Our pricing is based on a per-project basis and not on an hourly rate basis. Our estimates are perfect for busy contractors that need an “On-Demand” material takeoff and cost estimates. Mostly contractors bid on only a few projects per month and we provide a more affordable service than hiring a full-time in-house estimator.
Can I see your estimate samples?
Yes! Visit our “Samples” page to see sample estimates. There you will samples of complete GC work and single trade estimates. Our clients include general contractors, subcontractors, developers, project managers, engineers & architects.
What is your turnaround or delivery time?
It usually depends on the size and scope of the project. For most projects, our delivery time is between 2-3 business days. While for single-trade and small projects, our delivery time is between 24-48 hours. Occasionally larger or more complex projects may take 5-7 or 8-10 business days. We always quote you an estimated timeframe before starting the project.
If you have a rush project that demands quick delivery, let us know your bid date and our professional estimators will try to accommodate. It costs a small expedite fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date.
Which software do you use for estimating?
To ensure the high quality of our estimates, we use the latest software for material takeoffs and cost estimates. These include Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Xactimate, Measure Square, etc. for on-screen material takeoffs.
Our labor and material pricing comes from RS Means , which is updated multiple times per year, and pricing is based on your project’s zip code. So your bid will be as accurate and competitive as possible.

Can you do estimates if the drawings are not completed?
Yes! Our expert estimators have years of experience and are efficient enough to assist in the early stages of planning and design. If you have preliminary drawings, our team can estimate the cost of construction so you can make educated purchasing and design decisions.
How do I send you the plans for the project?

It is very easy to send us your plans and bid sets. You can send them to us in any of the following ways:

You can share the drive link (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) by filling out the form on our contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?
